Don’t get me wrong. I’m definitely not anti-1st class people as I always aim to get 1st class honour for my degree too. But then, 1st class doesn’t mean everything. No matter how genius you are, if you can’t communicate well and lack of interpersonal skill, then you are doom! By the way, even if you are a 1st class honour, that doesn’t mean you are a genius. It just means that you master the exam technique well.

- What’s the point of getting 1st class when you don’t even know the basic manners of being polite?
- What’s the point of getting 1st class when you don’t know how to manage your subordinates?
- What’s the point of getting 1st class when you can’t even manage your work?
