The 3rd Day in Penang

After we spent a night in my friend's god brother's house, we left Sungai Petani the next morning to go back to Penang. This time we took a ferry back. The morning view of the sea was really nice! Enjoy the pictures!

The port where we started boarding the ferry

A ferry passed by along the way

The view of Penang

Finally, we reached Penang port

That's all for now. (Public: So short?) Nah, of course not. On the 3rd day, we travelled around Penang from morning till night. We went to Gurney Plaza, Botanical Garden, Toy Museum, Batu Ferringhi and last but not least, a jail-decorated restaurant. Due to too many photos, I will divide my posts into different places. Till then, be patient! Haha...

Penang & Sungai Petani

On the 2nd day of our trip, we went to Kek Lok Si, Queensbay Mall, Tzu Chi, AIMST University and Lembah Bujang. My friend's god brother is a medical student in AIMST University. Therefore, he brought us to his campus for a visit. On that day, he was our tour guide. Thanks to him we got the chance to eat lots of nice food there. Hehe... Yummy, yummy!!

Herbal Bee Hoon Soup - Before

After(My favourite)

A special drinks which I forgot its name... Hehe... Paiseh

Night view of Kek Lok Si

"Hey, look there!" *I wonder what has he found?*

Do I look like this rat?

Wah... *I think they looked like Monkey King with the poles in their hands and pose they made* Hehe

The award for "Mr Universe" for 2008 goes to...

Guess what we were trying to do...Haha

Amitabbha

Arrghh... Push! *A medical student turned to be a weight lifter*

Ready... 3, 2, 1, action!

Queensbay Mall

One of the faculties of AIMST University

Hah... I'm tired. Finally, we reached Lembah Bujang.

Does this sculpture look like a man's face with his tongue rolling out?

What were they looking for?

Again, what were we looking for? Gold?

*I think the stones were special enough to attract us to keep looking at them*

Another local specialty - Kuih Cap

After one whole day of travelling, we spent a night staying in my friend's god brother's house. And guess what I found there? A real human skull! It is a requirement for him, a medical student to keep a skull to study on it. After all, it wasn't that scary.

A real SKULL!!

This crazy guy was trying to express his love to this skull. Yew!!! So eerie...

It was a fun and tiring day. But we enjoyed ourselves very much. ^^

The Creative Process

If you have read my post on The Secret, you should roughly have the idea on how to live your life as you wish. Here are 3 simple steps as a guideline for you to create your own life.

Step 1: Ask
You get to choose what you want, but you must get clear about what you want. This is your work. If you're not clear, then the law of attraction cannot bring you what you want. You will be sending out a mixed frequency and you can only attract mixed results. For the first time in your life perhaps, work out what it is you really want. Now that you know you can have, be, or do anything, and there are no limits, what do you want?

Asking is the first step in the Creative Process, so make it a habit to ask. If you have to make a choice and you don't know which way to go, ask! You should never be stumped on anything in your life. Just ask!

You do not have to ask over and over again. Just ask once. It is exactly like placing an order from a catalogue. You only ever order something once. You don't place an order and then doubt the order has been received and so place the order again, and then again, and then again. You order once. It is the same with the Creative Process. Step One is simply your step to get clear about what you want. As you get clear in your mind, you have asked.

Step 2: Believe
You must believe that you have received. You must know that what you want is yours the moment you ask. You must have complete and utter faith. If you have placed an order from a catalogue you would relax, know you are going to receive what you ordered, and get on with your life.

In the moment you ask, and believe and know you already have it in the unseen, the entire Universe shifts to bring it into the seen. You must act, speak, and think, as though you are receiving it now. Why? The universe is a mirror, and the law of attraction is mirroring back to you your dominant thoughts. So doesn't it make sense that you have to see yourself as receiving it? You have to emit the feeling frequency of having received it, to bring those pictures back as your life.

If you won a lottery or received a large inheritance, even before you physically had the money, you know it is yours. That is the feeling of believing it is yours and you have it already and you have received. Claim the things you want by feeling and believing they are yours. When you do that, the law of attraction will powerfully move all circumstances, people, and events for you to receive.

Step 3: Receive
Ask once, believe you have received, and all you have to do to receive is feel good. When you are feeling good, you are on the frequency of receiving. You are on the frequency of all good things coming to you, and you will receive what you have asked for.

Trust your instincts. It's the Universe inspiring you. It's the Universe communicating with you on the receiving frequency. If you have an intuitive or instinctive feeling, follow it, and you will find that the Universe is magnetically moving you to receive what you asked for.

Remember that you are a magnet, attracting everything to you . When you have gotten clear in your mind about what you want, you have become a magnet to draw those things to you, and those things you want are magnetized to you in return. The more you practice and begin to see the law of atrraction bringing things to you, the greater the magnet you will become, because you will add the power of faith, belief and knowing.

1st Day of Trip - 23/5/08

I'm back!!! Yes, I'm back here last week but didn't update my blog. Sorry to keep you guys waiting because I fall ill.
Anyway, without talking much "crap", let me share with you my one week adventures to Penang and KL with lots of photos for you to laugh at.
Yes, LAUGH AT the photos. Your eye-sight is still in good condition. You did not read wrongly. Hahahaha...!!!
I've captured many "funny photos" while my friends and I were on this vacation...hohoho...

On the 1st day of our trip, it was very tiring as we had to sit for NINE hours in the bus before we could reach our destination. So what did we do in the bus during those nine hours?? Nothing much, nothing less... Just eat and sleep, sleep and eat. Boring leh...

However, about one hour before we reach Penang, we were quite excited about it and couldn't sleep any further. So my "crazy" friends spent their time doing this...

Can't see clearly what they were doing? Never mind... coming up with more photos. Then, you will know exactly what they were doing.

Yes! You're right! They were playing cards. And where was their table?

Tada!! 2 legs combined and become a table. What a *creative* idea... hee hee...

Hmm... When are we going to reach??

What are they looking at?

Ooohhh... Here we are!!! Penang bridge...

The view along the bridge

To be continued with more photos and stories...

To Be Continued...

I'm going for a vacation to Penang later. So my blog will not be updated till I return. Any new post is to be continued a week later...

...

Of course I would not just end my post like that... Hehe...

As my title says, "To Be Continued..."
There is a song for this post which was (*ahem, ahem*... of course not composed by me) sung by my favourite singer, Stefanie Sun Yan Zi. The title of this song in chinese is "Wei Wan Cheng".

Here is how the lyric goes...(in chinese pin yin)

Rao ge lu hui jia you xie shi kai shi fu zha

The Secret Revealed

  • The Great Secret of Life is the law of attraction.

  • The law of attraction says like attracts like, so when you think a thought, you are also attracting like thoughts to you.

  • Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As you think thoughts, they are sent out into the Universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the source - you.

  • You are like a human transmission tower, transmitting a frequency with your thoughts. If you want to change anything in your life, change the frequency by changing your thoughts.

  • Your current thoughts are creating your future life. What you think about the most or focus on the most will appear as your life.

  • Your thoughts become things.

Footprints

Have you ever walked the sands of a beach? Have you ever looked back to find little marks imprinted into the sand? And have you ever watched as the wind gently blew the marks into eternity? If you haven't, try the local beaches.

Take off your slippers and take a step. Take a second step. Take still another step and another and another. Now, look back.
What do you see?
Marks in the sand. Marks that look a little like... hey! Your feet!
The marks are undeniably your footprints.
Now take a closer look, bend a little lower if you want. Notice that some marks are deep and clear while some are faded and shallow. Note that the marks fade away with each passing moment, brought by the wind hither into nothingness...

I believe that we are all pilgrims on a journey we call 'life'. On this journey, each of us weaves a future with the needle of the present and the thread of the past. In the undertaking of this journey, we each also leave behind marks that mark the trail for those who come behind us. Marks that have come to be known as footprints.

Some people go through life leaving footprints in the sands of time. Some leave footprints in the soil of wealth, toil and sweat. Still come leave footprints in the hearts of others.
Some impressions are faded, shallow.
Some are left deep and clear.
Some are no longer 'impacted'.

I would like to leave this thought in your mind, dear reader:

"When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live in such a way that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice"

Written by Lim Tse Hwei

PS: I want to share this with everyone just for you to take some time off from your busy life and think about it.

Who has left footprints in your heart?

Sometimes we are too busy with our own lives that we have forgotten to notice the people around us. Those who care for us. Those who love us. Those who have sacrificed for us without even asking for something in return. Those who have faithfully stayed by our side every moment.

Ask yourself. Have you ever cared for them? Have you ever expressed your gratitude to them? Have you ever treasured them? If you haven't, do it now. It's never too late to start now.

Don't forget that without them, you are nothing but a lonely man.

Cherish every moment you have with them - No one can live alone in this world.

Questions & Answers

Question: Why didn't I update my blog for so long?

Answer: I was busy finding a new template for my blog to make it look more attractive.

Question: Then why does it take you so long?

Answer: It's not easy to find a suitable and nice one.

Question: Have you found one?

Answer: Yes! I was so happy when I finally found one BUT I couldn't manage to upload it.

Question: Why?

Answer: I don't know. When I pasted the code or directly downloaded it, my blog couldn't save the new template. It was stated that my html code wasn't complete.

Question: What do you plan to do now?

Answer: Keep on trying until I succeed. I will try to find a way. Maybe ask an expert to help me.

Question: Why you couldn't update your blog when you were looking for a new template? Actually both can be done at the same time, right?

Answer: Yeah, I know that. I just thought of stopping for a while so that when I have changed the new look of my blog, I can really customize everything and concentrate in writing my blog to let the readers feel more enjoyable when reading my blog.

Question: How long do we need to wait until you post a new blog?

Answer: Don't worry. I will continue my journey now even without a new template because I think content is more important than appearance. Just like my blog's main reason; Journey. A person's journey will not stop no matter what happens until the end of his/her life. That's the reason I write blog. To write out my life's journey.

'Si Pemalas' Has Been Tagged!

Instructions: Remove ONE question from below and add in your personal question, make it a total of 20 questions. Then tag 5 people in your list. Notify them in their chatbox that he/she has been tagged.

1. Are you creative?
Yeah, I think so. It depends. (Aiyah... If you want to know, just ask my friends lo... They know better... ^^)

2. Where is the place that you want to go the most?
Home la... This is the most comfortable place on earth which I can really rest and sleep well.

3. If you can have 1 dream to come true, what would it be?
"All my dreams come true" (Only smart people like me will think of this dream...haha...jk, jk) =p

4. Do you believe in seeing a rainbow after the rain?
Huh?? What is there to believe? It really happened before la...(I even captured a photo of it and displayed in my blog)

5. What are you afraid of losing the most now?
Nothing. No pain, no gain = No lost, no gain.

6. If you win $1 million, what would you do?
Firstly, I will donate some of it to the charity. Then, give my family to spend. Lastly, the leftover will be used for me to invest in business + savings.

7. If you meet someone that you love, would you confess to him/her?
Depends. (I don't need to confess wan la... *I just wait for others to do so*...haha)

8. List out 3 good points of the person who tagged you.
Efficient. Helpful. Cheerful. =)

9. What are the requirements that you wish from your other half?
Nothing. (In the first place, before he/she can be my other half, he/she must have already fulfilled the necessary requirements. So, if he/she is already my other half, just accept him/her the way he/she is. Why would I need to require anymore? *I don't just simply choose anyone blindly*)

10. What annoys you the most?
People who don't realize where they stand and always like to boast about themselves. I mean, come on la... We as outsiders have eyes to observe and analyse ourselves. If you are really good, we can definitely see it. There's no need for you to say it out loud!

11. Which do you prefer from your other half? Hug or kiss?
I shall not answer this question. It's private and confidential. Muahahaha...

12. If you have faults, would you rather the people around you point out to you or would you rather they keep quiet?
Point out. It's better that I know my mistakes now and change it NOW rather than when I get older where it is harder to change. At first, of course I would feel bad about it and maybe get angry, but after a thoughtful consideration, I will know that it is for my own good. I really appreciate and thankful to those who pointed me out before. If it wasn't you, I am not what I am today. (Especially thx to my teacher, Mr Hong - Who teased me almost everyday)^^

13. What do you think is the most important thing in your life?
Happiness. If not, life isn't worth living.

14. Are you a shopaholic or not?
Hmm... How do you define shopaholic? I go shopping at least once a week. Is this counted as shopaholic? Hehe...

15. What kind of electronic device/gadget you own that you like most?
Mobile phone. I can easily keep in touch with people and capture picture as well. (2 in 1) =p

16. If you have a chance, which part of your character you would like to change?
Bad-tempered.

17. What makes you feel disappointed?
When things aren't going the way I thought or planned. Then everything will be messed up and problems arise.

18. If given a chance, do you want to see your future?
Nope. I believe I hold my own future in my hands. Whatever happens in the future is the consequences of my decisions at the present moment. (What for you want to see? When you know that your future lies in your hands...) (",)

19. What do your friends label you as?
Don't know. Like you asked, "my friends". How would I know what my friends think of me as? ^-^

20. What type of person do you think you are?
Normal. *Of course la... An insane person won't be able to answer all these questions* Hohoho...

Lucky?! Am I?

While I was walking around in Mahkota Parade with my parents just now in the afternoon, we passed by the stage and at the front of it, there was a fair going on carried out by ING, an insurance company. There were games for people to play and win prizes as well. And they were all for free.

When we passed by for the 1st time, they kept asking me to take part but I rejected and went on my way(I was hungry and hunting for food at that time...hehe).

After we've taken our lunch, we passed by for the 2nd time and this time again, they asked me to join. Since it was just playing some games, so I agreed. I sat down in front of a computer and started playing maze game. I was required to answer the questions given in order to open all the doors to reach the ending point. I only have 3 chances to answer wrongly and the winner will be based on the fastest person who reaches the ending point.

Upon finishing, I found out that my time was 52 seconds while the one sitted next to me only took 28 seconds -_-"'(Looks like I'm not good with games... paiseh, paiseh..).

Then, I was asked to play another game which was car racing using remote control. The rule was to finish 2 laps in the fastest time. At first I really don't feel like playing(I'm not good at this kind of game). And to make it worse, I saw 2 guys playing before me, can't even control properly. So I thought to myself it must be very hard... hmm...I wanted to leave but at that time the emcee was already asking me to get ready(I should've left earlier duh..haiz..).

So I played. 2 players at a time. It was an embarassment for me like I thought, I couldn't control the car well and it encountered many "accidents". There were many people watching too. Tsk. Paisehnyer...@@

After finishing, they asked me fill in my particulars and said if I win, they will contact me. In my mind I thought, "Impossible la..." . Then I continued my shopping and after about half and hour, I received a phone call. To my surprise, it was a call from them!!! They told me that I've won a prize! And asked me to go and claim my prize there. I was like, "Huh?! Really?".

So I went there again to take my prize. I was given a sports racing car with remote. In fact, I think all their prizes were made up of these...haha. I asked the person in charge, "How come I can win so easily?". Guess what she replied, "There were very few participants only."(with a smile). We shook hand and took a photo. I think that was for their publicity.

When I left, I saw the same person whom I raced car with just now and he won himself a prize too, same as mine. I think they just wanted to give out their prizes so that they can advertise for their company and didn't really mind the timing of our games. If not, how can I win?? Lucky? Haha...If I wasn't pull by them to play the games, I would return home empty-handed.

My prize...yeah!!!

P.S.: Although it was not something valuable, this was the 1st time I won a prize just by simply playing some games. I'm happy with it. ^^
